Birkenhead Ferry Wharf was a commuter wharf serving Birkenhead Point in Sydney, Australia. It used to serve the Balmain/Woolwich line where some peak hour services would terminate at this wharf. Services were discontinued from the 10th October 2010 due to low passenger numbers.
Birkenhead Wharf is close to Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet Centre, which is about a minute walk away.
Alternative public transport is provided by bus. A bus stop exists nearby on Victoria Road, about a two minute walk away. There are up to twenty Sydney Buses services which run from the city to various locations in inner western Sydney, including Ryde, Parramatta and Macquarie University that use the stop.
